Meal Package forms are to be submitted by August 21st, 2026.
**Payments for the Meal Packages will only be able to be made via direct debit, to avoid excessive card payment surcharges.

Meal Package - $100 Per Person
Each meal package includes: Monday: Morning tea at Woodstock, lunch at Carcoar Hotel Tuesday: Morning tea at Greenethorpe, lunch at Grenfell Thursday: Morning tea at Goolagong (lunch at Canowindra is BYO or purchase in town) Friday: Morning tea at Cowra, lunch at Wyangala Recreation Club Children under 18 are FREE

High Tea - $45 Per Person
High Tea will be held at Club Cowra on the afternoon of Wednesday 9th September. Money will be raised to support the local Lifeline branch.
